Hey, I’m Nash, and I'm stoked to be your guide on this incredible journey of self-transcendence and flow.
BACKSTORY
I'm a passionate rock climber and a seeker of that elusive state of flow. My journey with Ashtanga yoga began back in 2010, and teaching became a natural progression for me, starting in 2011. I fine-tuned my skills by completing my teacher training Mysore, India.
But what truly sets me apart is the diverse landscape of my teaching experiences. From surf retreats to rock climbing camps and yoga escapes in the breathtaking landscapes of the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Sri Lanka, and Thailand, I've woven a tapestry of knowledge and cultural insights.
Beyond my yoga journey, I've also honed my skills as a flow and peak performance coach through the prestigious Flow Centre.
Flow Centre is at the forefront of research, coaching, and training elite athletes, Olympians, world champions, executives, and peak performers based on the psychology and neuroscience of flow—an optimal state of consciousness that leads to unparalleled performance.
As your retreat and flow leader, I bring a toolbox filled with evidence-based techniques.
Drawing from my training in positive psychology, postgraduate coaching, NLP (neuro-linguistics programming), counseling, and neuroscience courses, I'm here to empower you with the same tools that have fueled success for high achievers across various fields.
During the retreat, I will be complemented by my trusted team of yoga teachers who are expertly trained, leaders in their discipline, and the best at what they do.
